Laryen may collect the following items to provide the Service.

Automatically collected: access IP, User-Agent, Referer, access time, page path.
Provided directly by the user: the body of an inquiry email and the reply-to email address.

Required: account identifier (e.g. email or social login identifier), authentication token, nickname, character progress data (level, experience, inventory, position).
Optional: profile image, friend relationships, guild membership, chat messages.
Automatically collected: device model, OS version, unique identifiers (IDFV / Android ID, etc.), access logs, in-game event logs, match packet statistics.
Access country (2-letter country code): we infer only the country from your connection IP and store that code. It is used for the country flag above your character in game and for country-level access statistics. We do not store the raw connection IP (it is discarded immediately after the country is determined). If the country cannot be determined from the IP, we use your device region setting instead. Country data is used only for display and statistics — never for sanctions, billing, or content restrictions. Country lookup uses the DB-IP IP-to-Country Lite database — IP Geolocation by DB-IP (https://db-ip.com), CC BY 4.0.

Payment itself is processed by external payment providers such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Steam; Laryen receives only the receipt ID, transaction ID, and product ID needed for verification.
Laryen does not collect or store sensitive payment-method data such as credit card numbers or CVC.
